Robert Kilgore Muchamore (born 26 December )^[1] is an English author of young adult fiction.

He's best known for his CHERUB, Henderson's Boys and Rock War series.

Early life

Robert Kilgore Muchamore was born in Tufnell Park, London, on 26 December ,^[1] and is the youngest of four children; his father was a milkman and his mother a cleaning lady.^[2] Muchamore grew up in Tufnell Park and attended St.

Johns Upper Holloway and Acland Burghley School, leaving with a D in A-Level Economics and aspired to be either an architect, photographer or writer.^[2][3] His first job was at an heir hunters firm called Fraser & Fraser.^[2]
